Privacy Policy

Effective September 12, 2026

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not provide it to other businesses for their own marketing. We use your information to help you with the services and updates you request.

This policy explains how Seniors Benefit, Inc. handles information collected through this website, including coverage-review requests, seminar RSVPs and seminar notification signups.

Information we collect

Please do not enter Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, payment details, or medical records in these website forms.

How we use your information

We use your details to respond to your questions, arrange a coverage review, provide requested seminar updates, and follow your contact preferences. We also keep records of permission, operate and protect the website, and meet applicable legal and insurance recordkeeping obligations.

Submitting a website form does not enroll you in insurance or send an application to an insurance carrier. If you later choose to apply for coverage, that separate process may involve additional information, authorizations, and insurer privacy notices.

How information is handled

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, or share it with other companies for their independent marketing. This includes mobile phone numbers and text-message consent. We do not provide seminar signup lists to the libraries or other event locations for their marketing.

Website hosting, storage, security, and communications providers may process the information needed to support our services. We do not authorize these providers to use your submitted contact information for their own marketing.

When our Pipedrive connection is enabled, new coverage-review submissions and seminar RSVPs are also sent to our agency’s Pipedrive account so we can manage and respond to your request. This includes your contact details, form answers, and recorded contact and text-message permissions. A copy remains in our website records.

When email notifications are enabled, copies of new coverage-review requests and seminar signups are also delivered to our agency’s designated email inbox through Resend. These copies include your submitted details and recorded permissions so we can respond to your request.

We may disclose information when required by law, a valid legal process, or an insurance regulator. Any such disclosure is limited to what is required. These operational and legal uses do not give another business permission to market to you.

Calls, emails & text messages

We contact you according to the permissions you select. Text-message permission is separate and optional. Providing a phone number alone does not give permission to send texts. Seminar notifications relate to the location or specific seminar you selected; coverage-review messages relate to your request.

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers supporting message delivery may process the information needed to deliver messages on our behalf.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out, or call (501) 760-1590 to change your preferences or get help. For emails, use an unsubscribe option when provided, reply asking us to stop, or call us. Permission is not a condition of buying or enrolling in an insurance plan.

How we protect information

We use encrypted website connections and access controls for submitted forms. The website’s request inbox requires authorized sign-in; submitted details are not publicly displayed. We take reasonable steps to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee complete security.

How long we keep information

Retention depends on your request and applicable recordkeeping requirements. We may keep request and permission records to provide services, document your instructions, resolve questions, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion; some records may need to be retained for these purposes.

Website services & outside links

Some pages display Google reviews through Trustindex. Loading the review feature sends technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to the review service. That service may use cookies or similar technologies. See the Trustindex Privacy Policy.

Our hosting platform may use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security, and essential website operation. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect these features.

Links to Google, Medicare.gov, library websites, and other outside sites are governed by those sites’ privacy policies. Review their notices before providing information.

Your choices & privacy questions

You may ask what website information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw contact permission. We may need to verify your identity before discussing or changing a record. We handle requests subject to applicable law and recordkeeping obligations.
